About Anchor Build Management
Anchor Build Management was born from personal experience — and a few hard lessons.
When I decided to build, I was hard-headed and determined to save money where I could. I hired a contractor from the start, but within about two months I realized just how demanding the process really was. Even with a good contractor, balancing work, family life, and the constant decisions of a custom build made it clear that something was still missing. I had a capable builder, but I didn’t have the clear visibility or decision support I needed to stay fully in control of the budget and the process.
That gap is what most homeowners feel. You’re busy. You’re balancing work and family. You’re trying to make expensive decisions with incomplete information. And when change orders start coming, it’s easy to get overwhelmed — sometimes without fully understanding the long-term impact.
I’ve seen what happens when there’s no real oversight. One homeowner got buried in uncontrolled change orders that completely derailed the budget. Another was under so much pressure during the build that it took a serious personal toll. These situations are more common than most people realize.
I created Anchor Build Management to be the advocate I wish I had. In addition to completing two of my own custom home builds, I’ve worked part-time in the trades for the last 15 years. Combined with my PMP certification and professional project management background, this gives me a practical understanding of how builds actually work — and where homeowners most often lose visibility and control.
I provide independent oversight, budget tracking, payment reviews, and clear reporting so you can stay informed and make better decisions without having to manage the entire project yourself. I work solely in your best interest, alongside your contractor.
